Transformational Coach

Through personal one on one or group coaching, I work with individuals that are struggling with the transition to a new city, adulthood, self-esteem, past regret, and what I call living up to the “having it all” factor.  I understand the self-criticism and doubt we go through because I’ve personally dealt with it all (learn the story here).  I’ll also show you that making big changes doesn’t have to be an “all or nothing” experience and that you can have fun in the process!  Together we’ll create a unique life-changing program that works best for you to see results fast! Astrological/Tarot Readings

Sometimes the answers you need are already written in the stars!  Astrology or tarot card sessions can be done exclusively or as part of the coaching process.  It’s a great way to establish your strengths and weaknesses and also have a better understanding of what the future may hold for you.  Available for corporate events or private parties.  For more information, check out my page here.

Meditation & Kundalini Yoga

Meditation is a calming way to slow down from your crazy routine, job, family and friends, and become more attuned to who you are.  Meditation can reduce stress, aid in weight loss, increase sexual satisfaction, and promote faster decision making just to name a few.  After our first session, I’ll create a custom meditation program for your specific needs.  Sessions are held in person or via phone.  They will also be recorded as an mp3 for continued use.

Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor. Kundalini yoga is a beautiful practice to bring the energy of awareness to your mind, body and spirit. It is done through the use of yoga postures, chanting, mediation and breath work. Every experience is different and the emphasis goes beyond just the physical body and cleanses the mind and soul.

Motivational Speaker/Workshop Facilitator

I’m available for speaking engagements at companies, colleges, high schools, private parties, and other events. I bring an engaging and compassionate presence and can speak to a variety of topics related to making big  life changes, building confidence, establishing boundaries, workplace stress reduction, meditation and spirituality, and astrology.  The topics can be customized to your particular group or company.
